I was fortunate to photograph Stephen and Natasha’s wedding towards the end of August. The wedding was held at Stones of the Yarra Valley which turned out to be a lovely venue and a great location to capture images.
I was fortunate enough to photograph his holiness the Dalai Lama on his recent visit to Australia. Getty Images commissioned me to attend The Story of the Refugee luncheon, hosted by the Melbourne Press Club at the Melbourne Convention Centre. It was the kind of event where I wasn’t sure on the amount of time we […]
Another RAFW gone in the blink of an eye. Rosemount Australian Fashion Week was certainly a busy one this year. It was great fun to be back in Sydney at RAFW giving me the chance to catch up with all of my photographer mates who I haven’t seen for a wee while since moving south […]
I was lucky to get the chance to work on the official team once again this year for L’Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival 2011. Appearances from international actress and model Andie MacDowell and supermodel Helena Christensen coupled with the usual high quality catwalk shows made the week one to remember.
This is the first time I have shot Good Vibrations festival as an official photographer and it was a great experience. It’s always awesome to work on big events with people you know well and this time I was lucky to be working with good friend Anna Warr. Personal highlights included Friendly Fires, Phoenix and […]
The annual gay pride march packed Fitzroy Street this year as the procession marched through St Kilda. More than 90 groups took part in the colorful display and it was a lot of fun to photograph…certainly no-one was shy about posing for the camera 🙂
It was a roasting hot day as the Big Day Out landed in Melbourne this year. The festival is always a great deal of fun to shoot, with some of the world’s biggest acts often in attendance. But this year was a little more challenging than usual for me, as I had to dash off […]
I was commissioned to shoot the new Melbourne based Super 14 team the RaboDirect Melbourne Rebels. The new team looks impressive with some big name players the likes of Stirling Mortlock, Gareth Delve and Danny Cipriani to name but a few. Thanks heaps to Zak Kaczmarek for assisting me on the day.
The theme this year for the sandsculpting exhibition held at Frankston was Creepy Crawlies. The annual event attracts tens of thousands of visitors and runs from December 26th right through until April 26th, 2011. Sculptors from all around the world contributed to this years event and the finished exhibits really are quite amazing with such intricate […]
